1. What types of readings do you offer?
I offer tarot, astrology and psychic readings. I can help answer your specific questions or provide you with a general reading if you don’t have any particular question in mind.

2. How long have you been providing readings for?
I have been reading tarot and providing psychic readings for a total of 14 years and providing astrology and astrocartography readings for 3 years now. For years I was giving readings to others for free online as a hobby. I had wanted to do this for work for years but I was scared to actually build a business from it. I wasn’t able to work my usual jobs during lockdown so I finally took the plunge to read for others professionally when I had no other options! I am so glad that these circumstances forced me into doing it as it is my dream job.

3. What can I expect from a reading?
Every tarot, astrology and psychic reading is 100 percent personalised for you. You can expect an honest, clear and straightforward answer from me. I am naturally intuitive and have strong predictive abilities. You can trust that you get an accurate, clear and to the point message. I work with spirit, god, my guides and angels in every single reading I perform. My intention is to always deliver a message for your highest and greatest good.

I wish to provide you with clarity and insight in relation to any questions you have. I also want to help empower you on your path forward. I understand that life can bring many challenges and I wish to provide you with the appropriate help, guidance and support to help you out in whatever situation you are in.

4. Are your readings confidential?
Yes, all readings are confidential. I respect your privacy and will keep any information you share with me between us, except as required by law.

5. Are there certain questions you don’t answer?
Yes, there are certain questions I cannot answer as required by law. I do not answer questions relating to medical or health problems (including mental health), legal issues, pregnancy or gambling. Please consult the apporpriate professional regarding these matters.

6. How long will it take to recieve my reading?
You will recieve your email, voice note or video tarot or psychic reading within 24 hours of your purchase. You will recieve your astrology and astrocartography reading within 72 hours of your purchase.

7. How long will it take to recieve my item?
For physical items such as astrology books, prints and gift boxes, you will typically revieve your item within 48 hours of purhcase if you are in the UK. For anywhere else, you will typically recieve your item within 12 working days.

Please note that this is an estimate. Your order could be subject to delays due to unforseen circumstances such as technical problems, high demand or any other factors that are beyond my control.

Tarot Readings

1. How should I prepare for a tarot reading?
I would recommend coming to a tarot reading with an open heart and mind. Sometimes the message we hear may not be the answer we want or expect but it usually comes through for a reason. I have been doing this long enough to know that the message usually does prove to be helpful and accurate even if it may not seem that way at first.

Also, please be aware that I am an honest reader. I am not the type of reader to sugarcoat and tell you what you want to hear so be prepared to recieve an honest answer if you are purchasing a reading with me. The mesage I provide to you is chanelled from spirit for your highest and greatest good but this means you could potentially hear a more negative message. This is spirit helping to warn you and veer you off a negative path.

2. Can tarot predict the future?
I personally believe that tarot can predict the future and is a great tool to use to see where a situation is likely headed.

WIth that being said, I also believe that we can shape our path forward to an extent. Sometimes we can change the outcome of a situation depending on what action we take.

I think predicting the future and seeing where things are likely headed can help us see what action we need to take to change things. How else would we know if we don’t see the path in ahead of us? Predicting can help us discover whether a situation is worth our time and energy or if it is only leading us to a dead end.

Psychic Readings

1. What is a psychic reading?
A psychic reading involves tapping into my intuitive, claisentient and claircognizant abilities to provide insights and guidance about your life. I do not use any tools for these types of readings.

2. Do I need to provide any information before a psychic reading?
No, I don’t need any information from you. In fact, I would recommend not sharing any information with me except your name (or initial) as this could actually lead to biases and even reduce the accuracy of the reading.

Astrology and Astrocartography Readings

1. What is a natal chart reading?
An astrology reading provides an analysis of your natal chart. This is a snapshot of the sky at the exact moment of your birth. A natal chart reading can help you understand your stengths, challenges, personality and life path.

2. What is an astrocartography reading?
An astrocartography reading maps out your natal chart across the globe. This can help you understand where you can thrive, receive better opportunities in certain areas of your life and develop certain qualities and characteristics. It is a very useful tool to discover where in the world is most conducive for us.

3. What information do you need for an astrology or astrocartography reading?
I need your full date of birth (month, day and year), time of birth and place of birth. I can provide a reading for you without a birthtime but the information I provide you won’t be as in depth as it would be with a birth time. With that being said, I can still provide you with some very helpful insights! If you know a rough birth time please do let me know.

4. How can astrology or astrocartography reading help me?
Astrology can provide you with a deep understanding about yourself and your overall life path. Astrocartography can help you to discover where in the world you can thrive and acheive your life goals.

Payment and Policies

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal.

2. What is your cancellation policy?
For personalised tarot, psychic and astrology readings, you must cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

If you request to cancel after your order is subject to a cancellation fee as I cannot get my time back once I have started working on your reading.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a live chat, please contact me 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Do you offer refunds?
I do not provide refunds for completed readings. However, if you are dissatifised with your reading, please do contact me and I will do my best to resolve any issues you have.

Technical Issues

1. What if I have technical issues during an online reading?
If you have any technical issues during a live online reading, please contact me at admin@emrpessreads and I will do my best to resolve any issues or reschedule with you.
