Dear Sagittarius, travel and higher education become a big theme of your life as your ruler (Jupiter) goes into your ninth house. As Jupiter will be opposing Pluto throughout the month, you’ll experience power struggles with neighbours, siblings and other extended family members. They may try and limit your mindset as you seek to broaden your horizons.

You might even need to let go of old and outdated ideas that you have about the world so you can learn new concepts. As you become more confident in your ability to think and articulate yourself, you will develop the courage you need to take that journey aboard or further your education. That is a big theme you’ll experience this month. Here are some more things you can expect in July 2026.

Mars will join up with Uranus on July 4th in your seventh house of relationships. This can be a time when the dynamic of your partnerships suddenly shift (this could be a platonic, romantic or business partnership).

It could be that you come to a revelation about what you want for a partnership which could lead to you questioning the nature of these dynamics. You could have a heated discussion with one another and decide to either leave for someone else or work on your relationship. Either way you’ll do what you feel is best for you in the moment.

Neptune will go retrograde on July 7th to December 12th and Saturn will go retrograde on July 26th to December 10th. This will mean that you will reflect on your hobbies and the value they bring to your life. Neptune retrograde will lead you to reflect on any spiritual or artistic hobbies you pursue and refine your skills. Saturn retrograde will lead to you reflecting on how you can discipline yourself to achieve mastery in your hobbies and artistic pursuits.

Venus enters Virgo in your tenth house of career on July 9th. This can bring you career opportunities, specifically if you collaborate with others. While you may struggle to delegate (as you want to be sure the work you do is done to your liking of course!). This can create blockages as you can only take on so much as an individual. Out sourcing your work to people you trust will be a great way you can prosper on your career path.

As Venus squares Uranus on July 13th you may not necessarily feel you can trust others as they may prove to be unreliable. The key here is to only work with those who show consistency with you. If they fail to live up to your expectations, don’t be afraid to end your working relationship to work with someone else.

The Sun joins up with Mercury in Cancer on July 13th and the New Moon in Cancer will take place on July 14th. On these days there may be an opportunity to assess the current financial arrangements you have with others and to set up new ones. The current ones you have may not be serving your interests so it will be a time to change them in accordance to your goals.

Mercury goes direct on July 23rd with the post retrograde shadow period ending on the 7th of August. This will be a time when you go ahead with your new financial arrangements. Any mishaps that have come up in relation to them will resolve naturally within this time frame.

The Sun will enter Leo on July 22nd which will join up with Jupiter on July 29th. The Full Moon in Aquarius will also take place on the same day. Leo season will be a time when you focus a lot more on long distance travel plans and higher education. You can broaden your horizons by travelling to a far off land and studying a lot. You may even gain recognition and honour in your studies as your knowledge base expands.

With that being said Pluto will oppose the Sun on July 27th and Jupiter throughout the month. You’ll undergo a process of calibrating this knowledge into your mind. You’re being exposed to all sorts of information about different cultures, ways of living and research topics you’ve never even thought about before. So around this time, you’ll be trying to process everything you’re learning.
